Difference between Turkish PR & Citizenship

Many people who intend to immigrate to Turkey may not know the difference between Turkish PR and Turkish citizenship. For this reason, in the face of these two words, they mistakenly have the same understanding of its meaning.

The most important difference between long-term residence and Turkish citizenship is that in long-term or permanent residence, a person is allowed to live in Turkey as a foreign national, but does not enjoy many of the benefits of Turkish citizenship and a Turkish passport.

For example, a person who has lived in Turkey for 8 years can receive permanent residence in Turkey only with a long-term residence card, not a Turkish passport, under certain conditions and rules. Therefore, this can also be added to the list of differences between long-term residence and Turkish citizenship.

Turkish PR :

Citizenship:

By the investment of $400,000 or more than that in real estate , the applicant is eligible to obtain Turkish passport in less than 6 months.

Note:

According to rules and regulations , the main applicant may include there spouse , children below 18 and a children of any age who are living with any disabilities.
